Just curious what you guys think of the new mortar damage. Anyone know exactly how much the damage has been decreased? It appears to me to be about half of what it used to. I never even heard this talked about in the changes before 2.7 came out. At first I was kind of bummed because I loved getting those 3 & 4 kill blasts but the more I play 2.7, the more I think it is better for the game. No more can one team dominate because they have 5 guys on mortars with a marker at some chokepoint. It definately makes playing the smaller maps like iwojima and rubble more fun.

Less is better....it sux when you got six motar flags outside ur base and not able to even get near it

Im with gud, at first i was kinda miffed but now mortars cant hold a position by themselves.
