May 22, 200421 yr my microphone messes up in firearms only and it sounds like a really loud scratching repeating of my self but it works fine in ventrillo , can anyone help me please
May 22, 200421 yr Also make sure you turn off playback in your sound properties.You donot need to hear yourself talk thought your speakers. It will give you feedback.
May 22, 200421 yr Author see if there is a way to change between directsound and wave. That should fix it. um ok ... um where can i do that at.. and where is the playback option
May 22, 200421 yr not sure ...I heard someone else talking about the same problem and that is how they fixed it.I know that if you are in ventrilo it is hard to get the HL ingame voice to work. Maybe try wave on ventrilo if you have them both on at the same time.
