To Whom it applies:Thank you for your unselfish service to the country in America's uniformed services (this includes the police, etc.), there's not much more I can say, there are no words to adequately describe the sacrifices you have and continue to make for the good of our country and others. So please, just accept this humble thank you, and know it carries a lot of meaning, at least to me.Also, I would ask whoever reads this to take time out today to give thanks to those who have given the life or health in the service of the nation. I could not find the citations, but I know several soldiers and marines have been recently awarded the Distinguished Service Cross and the Navy Cross (the two awards for barvery topped only by the Medal of Honor in their respective service), and I would ask anyone who CAN find the citations to post them. It would be a shame if their heroics when unheralded, since the media doesnt deem them important enough to warrant any coverage.
I agree ...I think this needs to be an announcement. Also Thank you GatorClaymoreCarlFoxtrot-Seirra Strobes and everyone else that has served!
well i would like to thank them all. they have selflessly given there time and and sometimes there limbs or their lives for this country. thank u to all that are serving or have served :p army_smiley.gif
Thanks to all that have given the ultimate. Thanks to all that have served, survived and been wounded. Thanks to all that have served and comeback to our great land intact. Thanks to the most recent heros. The 923 men and women killed, since March of 2003 in Iraq and October of 2001 in Aftganistan, till today. May the sun set someday whereby the world sees the end of the viloence causing these people and others to loose their lives.
