My Side

 

I was playing FA last night and having a good time with the M16 on burst and sometimes on semi. After all, it's in the game so it's in the game. From time to time I would get overrun by shotguns, but like a smart person would do, I grabbed the Saiga and some heavy armor and some bandages and blew off some heads right back then blow up their crates too and didn't whine at all. When the map ended I went to the fridge and grabbed another beer and came back to the next map waiting.

 

Your Side(could be anyone that enjoys complaining)

 

You played FA last night and whined about the lame shotgun, M16 burst, pistol on burst, M79 and anything else you could accuse someone of being a nub while using. If someone kept killing you with a shot gun you complained and whined and cried and went on and on and on. When the map didn't switch within 5 seconds you whined about that too. Don't forget the whining about not having skills. Sure it sucks but find another way to make the game good for you. Try to cap more or destroy objects.

 

The Truth

 

The guns are bugged and people use them. The server is slow to change maps sometimes. Patience is a good thing. Spamming the screen with the same lame whining about weapons disrupts game play in my opinion. If something pertaining to the game is typed I have to search thru the lines of spam to find it and that is not to mention the audio that is constant complaining for a lot of each map.

 

On a good note there are some players that use a non bugged weapon and also don't whine about those who do use one. Good for you guys!

 

All of these problems should be handled soon enough so be patient and enjoy the FUN!

I don't use the shotgun or any other bugged weapon because it give an unfair advantage. Why take the unfair way when you could just pick up a regular weapon? I don't want to pick up the shotgun everytime I get run over by one. I wouldn't mind so much but when shotgun invade the server, it gets really old and not fun fast. Why don't we all pick up ot bugged weapons and keep the situation on a fair playing field?

i totally agree with the truth one. I hate it when people cry about bugs or hax because they keep dying, here's some advice for them...DEAL WITH IT. It might not even be bugs, it might just be that that person is better than you, can you fathom that or are you too lost in your superiority complex. Well, i admit, it is funny to ask them why they are crying about "X", they usually get really defensive and then try to argue about how they really weren't crying...but you know they were. YAR, CRYBABIES!

True enough on one game last night the whole Red team was shotgun happy but I just laughed it off and didn't complain. It was downright monotonous though, you're right there.

Ya I was playing last night too and the whole red teams went shotgun crazy . . . didn't bother me I was just using the same gun I always like to use and blew them away. :wink:

Well as most of u know I use the M16 :shock: but I'm using it on "SEMI" for the time being or at least try to not forget to switch too it. I mean most brust capable weapons can be fired in other modes that aren't affected by the bug (Semi or Fullauto) :(I hope that would be ok with you Sharp I do admit that I have no bad feelings using the burst mode if I get rushed by shotgun or burst using enemies. I usually forget anyway to switch in time Agree it's a game enjoy it and be patient until the FA team has fixed these issues. Keep in mind they do this in their spare time and out of fun doing this. They don't get payed to work on this mod. So please have some respect for the work they've put in.So enjoy the game, have fun and remember it's only a game......speaking of I need to go play,[DIAL]Doc

i've been quietly getting owned by the bugged weapons,cuz i know to say something would only start some more people whinning.i've seen maps where i swear i have been the only one not useing a shotty.it seems the ones who use them say there's no bug,as the ones who do not use them say they are bugged.But the truth is they are too powerful,that's why if you look at the weapon stats you'll see both shotty's in the top 5 where as in f-a 2.8 the shot guns were more further down like maybe 10 -15th spot.Even i while trying them out found it to be almost effortless just point and click.However i will say that they make f-a more interesting :? just hope that things can get to a normal level soon,with skills and all.

To further prove that they are too powerful, I got more kills than Doc in a game last night. O.k. that proves it beyond a doubt! But, I don't want to make this another " shotguns are too powerful" post so I will stop now.p.s. K_town, you have been quietly owning me with those damn claymores.LOL.

doc, got no problem with anything you use. as of now, i dont care what anyone uses, im just going to play the game. no more complaints for me.

Hehe I know sharp u can complain as much as u like u're a good player so u're allowed too :(But I just really try to not abuse my M16 by not using it in burst every time I go after a shotgun guy with the burst and someothers step in the way they usually just get wasted :PSharp u owned me good tonight on tc_caen, that's was some evil gun u're using [DIAL]Doc

the guns are there as they are now. use them as you please. if there is something horribly wrong, they will be fixed in the next patch. when that patch comes out, adapt to the new settings.nuff said.
