Liquid is a better heat conductor than metal

Uuuuuuummmmmmmmm, NO.Dude, It is in my Nuclear Thermal Attack Submarine Piloting Bay. So, yeah. It is totally a better conductor in there.

Metal is usually a better conductor, but it really depends on the type of liquid and the type of metal. You have to remember that metal can also be a liquid at the same time.Liquid is mostly used as a coolent because, well, it flows. This allows heat to be removed from the area quickly.
Metal would be the better heat conductor. Liquid would be better for dissipating heat, which is probably what they should have said. So, Kywalker and Deadeye are correct.

I'm not sure what kind of low-quality Nuclear Reactors you guys are used to using.. Geesh.
Okay lets get things straigth. The thesis was, that the liquid was better heat CONDUCTOR that metal. THATS a big negative. Liquid is used in reactors, becouse it can flow and dissipate heat elsewhere.Yeah, Hayabusa is correct.
