i installed steam to my comp. after unistalling steam. just like before i unistalled steam, i get a message during the load-up that says, "Could not connect to steam network. This could be due to a problem with your internet connection, or with the steam network..."this is driving me insane. if someone could help me, that would be nice. thanx.

i found the answer to my problem just incase anyone has this problem in the future. the problem had to do with the year setting on my comp. you have to have the date on your computer set to the current year.

LOL.I had a problem like that before. not with Steam but with something else.
