I use ebay to buy and sell all the time. Not a scam... Just have to be aware of who or what you're dealing with. Check their feedbacks. Items listed above I would be skeptical about though. TFD
the whole ebay thing is a scam

negatory my good man. i sell stuff all the time on ebay. buy stuff too. never had a problem. and btw some of those are scams. and some of them arnt. but what they dont tell you is the little prints. like you gotta buy this to get it that cheap or you gotta join this website which also costs money, or you gotta do this. me, i personally do this and this actually works. i got my xbox here. http://www.supereasystuff.com/?ref=8479&deal=8 so yes some are scams. you just gotta know what to look for.

sry didnt see the last part. if you address them saying it was a scam and they dont give you your $ back, just contact ebay telling them of the situation and they will handle it. you may have to do it a couple times. and then again you may be screwed. but you know sometimes you think screw it its just 10$. ya know.

When PS2's came out, i went out and sold a PS2 box for a little over 700 dollars. Clearly said "box" in the description, too. People are stupid.
