Had another appartment fire today, 3rd in 1 1/2 months. This time I got to get into the meat of it. Got some pictures to share. The pics with the helmet are of mine and another guys, we were first in (had enough engineers today, so I went and played ;D ), and man was it hot. Gonna need a new shield, new flashlights (although at least one still worked), and maybe a new helmet.. lol

Nope, started in the bedroom... Mac, I'm FF2 certified, EMT, Extrications Specialist, Engineer, HazMat level A tech... Our department also does Confined Space and high angle. Only Hazmat team in the area. Let me tell ya, I spent alot of time in a Haz suit when the 'ole Anthrax thing was going around.. lol TFD

I have the greatest respect for all persons which do such a job like firefighters. They risk their life everyday. If some other humans make mistakes, they come and make their jobs. Even if the people which caused the problems are fools. Thanks for your great work guys. Your work should be honored everyday.
