It will run much better than your previous system. Too bad your ram is only PC2100. PC3200 will run much better due too the fact that you will have an 800mhz front side bus. Keep that in mind next time you upgrade. If the mobo has dual channel memory controllers make sure use two sticks of ram instead of one big module so that it will run dual channel instead of single channel which can make a big difference in P4 systems. Have fun with it and let us know how it does.
The GeForce LE's are the equivalent of the Radeon SE's. Bad choice on that, but the card itself isn't bad.
