opppsI have SP2 and havent seen a problem yet. Not sure what to tell you....I will research this more. I havent seen a big help by going to SP2 so if you dont just feel that you need it I wouldnt get it right now.

I only installed it on my intel cpu laptop, so I have not install on my amd64 and have nothing to report. I've heard from a couple other people with these cpu's that have not experienced any problems so far.
SP2 Sucks from what I heard.2 guys at work. (Not gamers) Had their computers crash unrecoverally from SP2. One was a Dell and the other a HP.Go MS.
Could be that DELL and HP used VLKs that got blacklisted.. I heard that SP2 will write over the boot sector of any computer with a blacklisted key(which includes many from large retailers). You have to call the retailer to get a proper key I think...
No problems for me either. Seems like a decent release. Then again, I don't have a 64-bit processor, so it doesn't matter what I say.
