Yay! Guns are just tools. You don't see people banning pencils that are more than 1 foot long. Big guns are just like big pencils: a novelty item and slightly more dangerous. 8)

He will probably shoot you. Duh. The chance of you getting shot if you didn't have a gun are significantally lower than that if you did.

i love the 2nd amendment when we are allowed to use it.... keeping arms in the house is a good thing becuase we have the right to protect ourselves. only morons use them the wrong way (ie: criminals, kids, ect)

Well, first of all, you're in the defensive position, so you already have the advantage. Unless you actually take the time to train and learn how to use your firearm properly, then you shouldn't have one. In that case, then yes, it is stupid for you to have it. On the other hand, if you've trained with it, then the burglar is gonna get owned. 8)

Except, if I wanted to, I could kill you with it. It's just another pointy object. Kind of like a small dagger. If I stabbed you in the eye, who's going to win? And once you can't see and are all discombobulated, who's to say I can't take said pencil and stab you in the trachea. I'd like to see how long you live with a hole in your windpipe. :wink:

Most gun deaths come from black market firearms dealing with gang on gang or other hate crimes against people. If you allowed the legal selling openly of full auto firearms the background check would stop all criminals from purchasing them anyway. I wouldnt be suprised if gun deaths went down if the ban of flash suppressors, barrels shorter than 16", ect along with full automatic weapons. Heck you can probably hit more and do more damage on semi-auto. They also never report on the good that a gun saves a person from an armed invader of a home, ect. they only raport of those crimes that intrest the public with violence like those two who robbed the bank in LA and shootings that could have been prevented if the victim was armed.(I might be biased because I am a gun fanatic and find our second amendment being infringed upon, with it looking as it could be removed in the near future.)And then when im 18 i can buy my ak-74 :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

Personally I'm glad, not all people who own assault rifles are murders and crooks. I just like to go out and shoot them for fun. I love guns, their one of my most favorite hobbies. Thats why I like playing FA so much just like the real thing only much cheaper! Their only bad when they fall into the wrong hands!!
