Tommorow starts the 'Workshop on Semiconductor Processing for Photonic Devices' in the place of my summer practice - Institute of Electron Technology.After series of speeches comes a big bang. It will be a chance of a lifetime. The electron-beam litography lab wil be open to us. I mean thats ultra-clean room. Only way you can view anything there is trough few-inches thick glass. Normally No one is allowed inside the room. No scientists, no presidents, no suicide bombers. BUT, after they put us in pressure suits (OH YEAH!!!!), we get to go inside that room.I salivate in anticipation....
