October 5, 200421 yr To teldaro: Much better, now if only every topic had my name in it, then I'm certain I'm going to read every single one!Well, by definition, "EH" is just another way of asking somebody if they agree with you. However, it can also be used many times in one sentence, usually with the intent of annoying the Senior Counsil (I'm restricted down to 1 "eh" a month right now) . Personnally, I see it as an obvious example of how much more complex the Canadian language is from the Americans. For example, Canadian ways of asking a question: What, Who, where, when, how, why and eh.American ways: What, Who, when, where, how, why. This clearly proves that the Canadian language is 117% (7/6) more complex than the American way of speaking.
October 7, 200421 yr I said "eh" before Canada was established, so there's no way you people can claim that it's yours. 8) Now, saying "eh" after every question, that seems like a Canadian thing to do. Doesn't make it seem more complex though. Repetition makes things less complex because new things aren't said as much.
