2 shots with m82 = death, no matter what.

G you have obviously never knifed against lister... talk about INSANE... i am talking 5 Famas armed guys and lister with a knife full metal and NO stealth, he walks away alive awsome...

 

in all my days, unless i could get Long range against lister, i never won a duel with or without guns against him. (most times it was me with a shotty or uzi and him with knife)

I always talk about it but the greatest Lister moment was when we were playing MP in FAL season III. We had MP pinned back at the supply camp and it was a pitched battle right there, nades and bullets flying every where. I just watched lister hop this one sandbag right into their defenses and then disappear. Next thing we know, 3 knife kills appear on the screen. Funniest thing ever - an assualt knifer in FAL.

 

I don't know what the big deal with camping is...I mean if you are effective where you are, why not stay there? In matches or in pubs, there is no reason to move once you have them pinned down.

I find it quite boring, but honestly I don't have a big issue with it.

Nope. Also, the discussion is about the FAMAS. 8)But to humor you. Shotguns are meant to be used close quarters. Unfortunately, FA has few maps with lots of long range areas, so it's natural that the shotgun will be a good weapon. Personally, I think the Saiga is just fine. Try hitting someone long range with it and see how well you do.

this thread is gonna be huge. neways. sagia is teh worst weapon..... if its cqc you have to shoot directly in the face to take down your enemy effectively. if you hit elsewhere your already dead :-/-G

I still think the g3a3 is the most accurate and powerful out of the AR's. Even with marks 1 its deadly at even sniper ranges.

id have to say the pistols are ment for a combo use. you get two, one active, one in your last weapon used. waste your bullets quick with one, switch while they are reloading and kill. thats what i do.-G

I read on the FA forums that 3.0 will fix the shotty damage(increase it).Also, the m82 shouldn't fire accurately when standing. Even with the massive recoil it would stil be easy to plant 2 slugs in someone.

should be. but not. if you scope at all it takes half if not the entire clip to hit. and dont say i miss cause i dont. were talking about a med to long range here-G

Famas is great in close and decent at mid to long. Probally best overall weapon in FA, but other weapons can compete with it. MP5/ak74 close inAny AR except possibly the m4 is > then the famas at range. If a famas is out sniping you.... its the person using it not the gun iteself.just imo tho

Well to hell with the famas. i really don't care though. i bet i get a 2nd shot off before the other person does with my dragunov. at least i'll be able to see the persons head more clearly from long range. as for close range, i think i'll jump my ass off till someone is reloading with the famas.

Famas is in the range of the best skills weapons. You can easily snip' with it on single fire coz there is no recoil. You can kill someone at 300m, no problem.
