hello. I am completly clueless when it comes to this whole pre-loading thing. I have a few questions about it that I hope some one can explain to me.1. Can I buy CS:S with out HL2?2. If I pre-load HL2 Silver do I recive CS:S?3. What the heck is 'pre-loading' any ways?Hope this helps any one who has the same questions. That is if they get awnsered.

and the same as DoD? I thought you could only get DOD: S through the Steam packages

 

 

anyway, SSM, it's completely worth getting the Silver package, I think it's the overall best one. It has everything you need, but without the excessiveness of the Gold package.

the bronze package is good enough.u get to pre-load hl2 (install the game, but u won't be able to play it till nov 16), and u get to play cs:s right when u pre-order it.

or you can just wait to buy it since you cant play HL2 till the shelve release date neways.-G

No get the silver package, it includes the entire Steam back catalogue (HL TFC DOD CS1.6 etc) and CSS hl2 HLsource and DODsourcefor 10more bucks, thats alot mroe stuff

or u can just dl dod:source, ect

not really. if you have spare time preload it so when you wanna buy it you can just pay and play. not wait and dl. makes sense to me-Gaka preload it when you sleep
