November 9, 200421 yr I have some from Mt Mansfield in Vermont.It was an outrageously tough hike. Any steeper and ropes would have been needed.We hike every year up in New England somewhere.Myself, Andrew (Radioactive Hamster), Black Mage (Ben formerly Magey), and Kathleen (Killer Kitty Kat).The other man is Tony and his son Rex. His wife is at home recopvering from an auto accident. They are my closest relatives since both my parents were only children.

November 10, 200421 yr Anyone ever gone snow camping? Its the best, yet most rigorous. I did it with the Scouts about a last winter. We were hiking up in the Tahoe area with snow shoes, which is pretty tough. Then we set up camp a few miles in and away from everything. Built our snow caves and dragged our stuff in. Coolest thing ever. (We had tents just in case too.)
