I've just ended playing sd force. Blue team (as usual) was much more weaker than red. I speak of players that joined both sides. There were 2 good players that joined blue: FingerTrap and someone else (don't remember his name, sorry pal!). Later Hood joined blues (he's been afk)... Side note: Finger joined on my request, because I've never seen the teams so stacked.... Reds destroyed the crates something like 10-12 times.... before Alamo...C'mon, if you feel you're good in FA why are you choosing the easier path? Why can't you join blue and meet real challenge (in destroying the crates, at least)? What is so great about you and 4 of your teammates (all of them are good players) who are mass-rushing from 'secret' room? You can be there before half of the blue team choose the config of theirs (esp. when they're not as good as you).... Even the best machine gunner can't stop 5 red in blues' spawn. And later why are you switching to blue? To show your score like 50-11? I don't need you in my team... What shall we do? Show you our gratitude, kneel down? Why can't you switch to blue when it counts, when even the fool like me see the teams are stacked?Sorry, couldn't resist...BH

Hey that's ok with me. I hate simply hate when a great player keeps switching sides to even the teams. Just stay where you are and let the chips fall where they may. Or, even better yet, if you're so good, switch before it gets outta hand.

OK after a couple of minutes of playing the reinfs were: 180 to 120. No one switched before they were 80 to 10... (before ALAMO, as you see). We couldn't cap once (not even the good players)... We were outrushed and outsniped (the last one from weird positions), because besides the capping their team was much better.

 

Later in the game I've been steamed...

BH, it's just cuz they play for the stats and they also just want to look good.I would change if i had the chance if the other team had 0 reins.I'm usually on the losing team cuz the other one is stacked, and I don't really care about what they do.

Exactly. I try to always choose auto select when playing, unless Doc or Cow is on some team. 8)

 

By the way, sometimes it just works out that way. Where one team is just slaughtered. It happens to all of us. And its just a pub, so scores/wins dont really matter all that much.

i have noticed that the majority of the "skilled" players usually join red team on force. it is rare to see the blue team win on that map. need proof? just think about all the times that red has had to mass rush into blue spawn... yeah i know

i seem to switch all the time to even teams. its the least i can do. and i do auto select the same way sharp does it. if a good friend like doc is on a team COUGH*blue*COUGH i usually join his team if it doesnt make the teams unfair. 8) and you gotta rem though .. some people dont play in matches like people playing for fun so it does matter to them

I disagree hair cummadont. He would be reducing frustration on losing side, more fun for them. increasing challenge for winning side, more fun for them. jolly good ol chap
