HL2 question

Featured Replies

um. if you wanna play HL2 the second it comes out, yes.-G
If you want to play HL2 (which will be enabled on the 15th/16th depending on your timezone) i advise you to preload it, that way it'll be ready to start as soon as it's set free. If you're only keen on playing online, i recommend you don't preload HL2, as it already takes up more than 3 gig on my hd
ya thats steam for you...... i did it at night when i go to sleep ... try that-G

Will they really base the release time off of your physical location? Or will they do it at midnight "Valve time"?

Thats what I did last night, but it stayed at 23% through the entire night.

I've already done the preload. Figured it would save time when it comes out. You think its busy now, wait until its released and everyone in the world is downloading it at the same time :)
you may want to restart steam...try to get as much as you can now because I bet when it is release if you do not have it you could be waiting a while.
yes. least tahts what it did for me-G
