I used GCF Scape to extract it - http://countermap.counter-strike.net/Nemesis/index.php?p=26

 

Instructions:

 

1. Open GCF Scape

 

2. Open the "sourcesounds.gcf" located in:

C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps

(YOU MUST CLOSE STEAM FIRST)

 

3.Go into the folder "HL2".... then go into the folder "music"....

 

4. Extract them, and don't piss ur pants lol
