The FireArms "Who's playing now" thing is saying that I'm playing on the FA server without CD even though I'm sitting in school right now, miles away from my own computer and not playing FA in any form. :?

What's your STEAM_ID? Just check the STEAM_IDs and ban the imposter. That's what happens when people impersonate TAC anyway.
