how to find the config.cfg in css?I want to change my rate / cl_rate and I have to type it in each time i join a server.

C:/program files/valve/steam/steamapps/email/counter strike source/cstrike/cfg

if u still need to enter change everything when u start a game, and make it readable only....KP
