Ok, so I have put in new player models for css and worked fine. Now, with new ak and m4 models by creeping jesus and wannabe, I want to add new gun models into source, but for some reason they do not show in game.

 

 

this is the path i put them in.

 

E:\Program Files\SteamApps\myemail\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\Models\Weapons\v_models

 

then put in rif_ak and rif_m4 folders.

 

Any reason these arent working?

my opinion, but the defaults will pwn any custom model

tek, i got models from the same site today, just extract the folder toE:\Program Files\SteamApps\myemail\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\and if that does not work E:\Program Files\SteamApps\myemail\counter-strike source\cstrike\ (just without materials)in the materials folder it will create a folder called models which the guns will use, don't go in to weapons and all that stuff, its not needed
