They have a copyright issue..

 

Last I heard in the Steam forums, it is not OK to distribute models and content from CS:CZ in your maps/mods because it is a seperate part of CS which requires payment. If you buy CS:CZ, but give out some of its contents like models for free, then that is essentially warez. Until I hear otherwise that CS:CZ content is OK to use in HL mods, please refrain from posting any here. Thanks.
