Duke Nukem 3D source mod canceled :(

Featured Replies

3D realms has ordered the game makers to stop making it

Fans working on the mod were informed by the company that it does not allow any of its intellectual property to be used in conversions or mods for other game engines, forcing the project to be shut down.

I was hoping it wouldnt happen... Now we have to wait untill Duke Nukem forever, that seems to take forever. Its even a bigger soap than HL2
I figured as much. 3D Realms is stupid. I bet they had more of this mod done than 3D has of Duke Nukem forever.
That is so retarted. Duke Nukem Forever is taking FOREVER! It has been like 8 years now since they announced it. I am surprised anyone is still there watching to make sure no one take away their intellectual property rights.
Well screw 3d realms. I was so looking forward to this mod too. As for Duke Nukem Forever, its just a mith, much like fa 3.
Aww I love Duke Nukem, was playing it a few months ago. Stupid 3D Realms had to ruin everything, bunch of cry babies.
Duke Nukem Forever reminds me of Team Fortress 2 that was suppose to come out...
