February 3, 200521 yr Well guys it looks like 3.0 being released is no longer a myth, and will be coming out very soon. Cale (Mazor) has officially left the FA team and handed over the source code to a new coder and a dedicated team of people that are hellbent on giving the community its final FA release. No this is no dream, 3.0 really is going to come out and hopefully rekindle the community with its release. Check the main FA forums to follow the news as it comes.
February 3, 200521 yr i cant wait, although i perfectly happy with firearms 2.9 There are bugs that need fixing in 2.95, so 3.0 will hopefully fix all. 8)

February 3, 200521 yr do we have a date, or even a month? yes. I am hoping to have the final code ready to go within 3 weeks for final testing and release to valve for the exe build, but dont hold be to that. straight from sgoss

February 5, 200521 yr be quiet wellsy, you obviously haven't played FA in awhile. Alot of people still play. (obviously not as much as we'd like, but enough to keep the TAC server filled up each day) Can't wait for 3.0 Sgoss, make a damn teaser vid for us!
