Hltv

Featured Replies

Rawks and I were discussing getting Hltv for our matches. Wanted cal players thoughts on this.

By the way 7 people were banned from css this season and Cal admins said that their are more and will be updating the cheaterlist soon. Thats why i want Hltv.

i say yes as well, what this will do, is enable you to play the demo taken by the hltv bot, then cycle through all players as if you were just in spec mode durring the match, this will help our strats, and catch some hackers

btw state i emailed you the list of cal-banned players if u want to ban them on our server

HLTV is always a good deternt against people cheating in scrims. I vote YES for adding it to our practice/match server.

If the other team does not agree to use it.. wich many wont since they don't want you learning their tricks.. it doesn't get used. In the event that both teams agree (this should be asked upon contact or when setting up the match) it can be easily turned on for that week.. However, adding more load to our server that we do not need is never a good idea, especially since it is not a dedicated CS:S server.. FA runs on it as well.. Having all of its resources available for the games is, in my opinion, more important then adding something not required. Yes I am aware hltv does not use much in the way of resources, but it still uses some.

since I am not a CAL player you can ignore this if you like :D

I like the idea a lot. For me anyways its good cuase I've been wanting to watch you guys scrim.
