Scout is way over-powered compared to the 1.6 version. Never before could you get a one shot kill unless you hit the face. Now, I'm getting killed by ridiculous shots that do 109 damage even with armor. Might as well make it an AWP. :D ;;

the scout was designed specifically to be a light powerful sniper rifle for scouts by the germans, its finally realistic, actually its the only realistic gun in CS:S
the awp is a gun for people who can't use a scout effectively, and the deagle sucks cause its slow and has a 7 round clip

awp is for ppl who want to kill in one shot

Awp is a good gun but I have to disagree with you when you say the deagle sucks. Its one of the best pistals and with two normal hits you can bring down an enemy.
if you use the deagle right and dont just fire all your shots real quick, and aim for the head while moving its good, since it is pretty accurate on the move, and can kill in one headshot
yes well, when you need a pistol that has power and volume of fire the deagle lacks, you're better off going with the usp45 or the p338 or the five-seven.
use the power of the glock glitch thats what i do

i tried that, but i prefer to just go burst when its CC and strafe-running at them if its far away.yesterday on aztec 1st round i came up the big ramp and bursted a guys head off, it was funny

hmm, maybe i havn't been playing on this server since it started, and btw the awp is for people who can't use the scout.
No its because you get owned by the awp. Try and use and awp and strafe with it. Your carrying a load there. The scout you move like ur holding a pistol. I would own your face anyday with a scout or an awp son. Hell I will awp you with a pistol. But I prefer having you scream hax and omg wtf... how can he be that good with the knock down power of the awp :rolleyes: Class is now over....
ROFL!! the scouts is suppose to be really light and powerful DUH!

it isnt supposed to be powerful, it just is in source, the awp is supposed to have limited mobility, but great firepower, so if you dont kill in one or 2 shots our dead. te scout is ment for quickly strafing out, firing and going back, taking 2-3 shots to kill with it. since you run at knive speed with the scout too.
