March 5, 200520 yr I recently found some cool models/skins/sounds/other stuff that has definatly added loads of more life to my CSS. I just wanted to share them with all of you. Choose what you will!: (sorry, to download them, put the provided password into the box, checkmark one of the download sites, then click download.) Ak-47 Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-408.html (very good ak model ported over from cs 1.6. I used it then I shall use it now) Deagle Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-478.html (very cool deagle replacement. I have a thing for revolvers, so I'm definatly keeping this) Galil Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-451.html (personally, I thought the orignal galil model was too big and bulky. This helped a lot) M4a1 Re-Skin- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-343.html (Very nice camo skin. A must have) SG552 Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-493.html (very cool model. I liked it, others might not.) USP Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-440.html (if you download only ONE model, make it this one. A must have. It comes with animations, sounds, the whole works. I found myself using the USP more and being better at it after having this model.) AWP Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-415.html (classic top quality replacement. Very well done. If you frequent the awp, I recommand getting this.) M3 Shotgun Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-403.html (very nice model. I had a hard time installing it myself, since it comes with three different types of shells. But once I got it, it was very cool.) Terrorist Player Model- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-460.html (very nice model. As the description says, it's very realistic/rugged looking. A must have) And here are some misc. stuff that adds loads more to the game, I definatly recommand all of these. Glove Replacement- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-443.html (infinitly better than the orignal gloves. My favorite of the bunch) Hostage Replacements- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-470.html (just a beat up model, not much different. I liked them) Real World Names- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-527.html (this replaces all the cheesy fake names in the buy menus with the real world ones. Must have) War-like Sound Pack- http://www.counter-strike-dl.com/downloads-file-428.html (replaces all the voices and such with some very amazing sounds. I really liked it and it made CSS more tense in my opinion. The only problem I had with them is that at the end of each round, it plays some bad 5 second guitar solo. But it's worth the download. A must have) To install these, simply select all the files in the zip and extract them to Steam/steamapps/you@email.com/counter-strike source/cstrike/ (or wherever your cstrike folder is) unless the readme says otherwise. The files will put themselves in the correct folders. Enjoy! (meh...I just noticed I should've made it so you click on the names and it takes you to the page, instead of providing the urls and the names. I'm not going to go back and fix them now...might later.)
