March 8, 200520 yr I'm getting almost the same case the V1420DU http://www.newegg.com/app/viewProductDesc.asp?description=11-133-109&depa=0 Same thing just blue dont like the red on the silver and black one thanks for telling me that its quiet that was one thing that was worrying me.. Hey kp does it look like you can take the hardcano out and replace it with the hardcano13? for backlighting?
March 8, 200520 yr Hey KP how much room do you have between your processor and anything that may block a heatsink / fan combo? just want to make sure i have enough room for my cpu cooler...
March 8, 200520 yr ! ***i. 7 fans... mine sucks. only fits 2 a whole 2. so put a pci slot fan. now a whole 3 -G
March 8, 200520 yr Author Hey KP how much room do you have between your processor and anything that may block a heatsink / fan combo? just want to make sure i have enough room for my cpu cooler... a lot actually i think u could combine two cpu-cooler (nothing fance, just reg cpucoolers) on top of each other on the cpu...and there would still be a little space...maybe 1 1/2 width of a cdrom or dvd drive... this case is huge... make sure u buy the aluminium case, because the regular case´s weight is about 36lbs (17.5 kg)(empty)... on the other site, no1 will rip the regular case with a weight of about 40lbs(w all stuff in it)..lol + make sure the power supply u buy for the case has enough plugs... because if u want to run all 7 fans, u have to use at least 3 power plugs KP
March 9, 200520 yr Well KP i decided on the same case that you did even though its a little more expensive than the blue one it should be worth the extra 40 bucks because its made of aluminum good call Mystik
March 12, 200520 yr I just ordered this case for my new comp and got it today and I just want to say WOW this case is friggen gorgeous and has plenty of room... It looks like it would be very heavy however it is extremely light.. deffinately a reccomendation from me
March 14, 200520 yr Author lol...if u ordered the normal case instead of the aluminium case, it would be as heavy as it looks... glad u like it as much as i do :-D KP
March 15, 200520 yr Some of the wiring was a little confusing though for a first time builder but you just have to read the manual to make sure you have everything set up right Other than that its actually pretty quiet considering the fact that my case has a total of 10 fans in it

March 25, 200520 yr I bought the thermaltake X series case. All i'm gonna say is in the manual it's supposed to be a lan tower. i need a small moving truck to get it around if i take it anywhere. Kingpin how's the wiring inside because mines a birds nest?
March 26, 200520 yr I have the same case kp had and it is a nightmare but i managed to make it look halfway decent with the help of my room mate... As soon as my other room mate gets home i'll snap a few pics...
