You can get it at http://www.mirc.com/ It isn't free though, except for the first month. I just read the MVP thread and Sgoss said "mute" instead of "moot." It made me giggle.

Maybe someone who can post in the FA forums should post about this problem on behalf of those who cannot post, to see if there is a way to have the problem fixed. Or what needs to be done about it.
