same as CS ?

Featured Replies

I have 2 CS's for 2 pcs. I'm wondering if CS:S is the same or what changes/additions does it have ? Be specific please and thankyou. Is there team-only voice ? When you 1st join, do you have many choices for armor/weapons/skill ? Or do you have to hope your team wins enough rounds to get you the money to have choices ? Are the maps the same ?

Because, if it not much different, why would we want to pay for 2 more just to play thru steam ?

better graphics. gameplay is slightly dif. still same game. but if you wanna play HL2 mods you need 2 HL2's to run on both comps.

you have to pay for it no matter what, it automatically comes with Hl2...

it's basically the same, but the graphics are boosted to the Source engine, and all the maps have gotten a major makeover.

When you join, you choose a team, then at the start of the round, you choose what to buy (Weapons, grenades, armor, defusal kits...etc...but mainly weapons)

Yeah the graphics and gameplay are well worth the money in my opinion. Also you can play around with the environment a lot more. You can shoot cans, barrols, and play with different items. The maps are also a lot bigger and better change.
