Tell him to to to the main site, www.thearmory.cc and on the left there is a chance to submit an application. we here at TAC do not go by skills, but we judge on character. if the admins vote him in he will recieve a confirmation email/PM. it may take up to and including a month to be voted in. note: proposing an application does not guarantee proposal. also being active in the server/forums is a good bonus
