April 15, 200521 yr Just about everyday you hear about something that could end the world, or cause a mass wipeout. An asteriod, yelllowstone, 2012... Well I have found a site that explains many of these theories. The one that scares me the most is the gamma ray explosions, because frankly, we can't do jack about it Anyway, they're all interesting reads...that whole December 21, 2012 is weird too, since the Mayans were so good with calculating time and such

April 16, 200521 yr its all BULL to me, i could care less when the Earth dies....i just care about when I die... :| besides....why would anyone believe this? i mean sure it seems to be true but really, get a reality check....you think the worlds just gonna go "BOINK!" and not exist? well, they did say they would bet on it ;] good find though, entertaining read too. :peace:

Example, the gamma ray explosions.Now, this site, nor am I, saying that these things will happen within a year, or 5, or 10, but they're merely possibilities. April 16, 200521 yr my science teacher explained to us how a few years ago the sun shot out really powerful rays, that, if they had hit us, wouldve fried everything. Luckily, they shot into the opposite side of the sun, the side not facing us. If you think about, anything could happen within any amount of time. We just dont believe that it will. *twilight zone music*
