What team play is all about. (video)

Originally posted by WeaZel on another forum. This is our first SWAT4 video. We just wanted to show off WeaZels great work. You must have the realalternative player but it is free. This is what you should be seeing in Counter-Strike or FA! I hope to see this type of teamwork in BF2.

If you are offended by bad language I slip with the "s" word about 2-3 times :o

Check it out guys.... These Vids are in RMVB format download the player here. I may.... release a WMV version, but this codec has the quality and size that seems unbeatable. Don't worry it comes with Windows Media Player Classic, you will need to install that also. It will NOT mess up your WMP 9 or 10.

Enjoy

Teamwork is what makes this such a great game. Swat4 is pretty much the only game I play now. I tried playing a bit of CSS the other day and it just seemed bland and boring.

Been having a blast playing Swat4 with you guys! I should have my video out sometime this week. Got some really good teamwork footage in there.

I never knew SWAT 4 was out, or is this the demo?

I might pick it up, sounds like you guys are having fun (I'm a fan of the tactical genre myself)

anyway you could convert this to .wmv or .avi so everyone else could watch it? I don't trust real player (bad experiances in the past)

The player is RealAlternative, easy no BS install... it's nothing like the real Real(spyware infested)Player.

This is the full version we are playing, not the demo.

That was pretty cool. lol I havn't even heard of that game before, I think I might go and try it out.

nice vid state.

i wish i could play Swat4 online.. but i'm too lazy to buy it :\

Im short on cash for a while, so I wont be able to join you all in SWAT 4, but that video contained the teamplay I have always dreamed of. I cant wait for BF2, being in a fairly high speed ROTC outfit, Im starting to get a pretty good grasp of squad tactics, and I would savor the chance take advantage of the squad leader and commander roles they are adding

I can't wait for BF2 because there will finally be a game that everyone will be playing, and not for a short period of time (I think I'm putting off SWAT 4 for now, because I know that when I buy it, I'll drop it by the time BF2 comes out and everyone starts playing that. Also, I got Guild Wars on April 28th to think about)

This video is just a snippet of the team play that we're hoping to bring to Battlefield 2 (if it'll take), and that we've enjoyed with Joint Ops. It makes us quite unstoppable, and winning is so much more fun than losing. :o

I second that Carl. If we in TAC can play BF2 with this kind of teamwork, We will be a force to be dealt with. I can't wait. :D

And Oh yes. Swat 4 ROCKS.

:D

This is not a "go out and buy it thread", but just show a team work side of things. The team work we all plan to bring to BF2!

SWAT4, while fun is just something we have been playing to tide us over until BF2.

Again this is in NO WAY saying go out and buy another game. There is no telling how long we will even play that...most likely until BF2 but who knows. The other versions of multiplayer SUCK. The main way to make that game fun is single player OR in a small private server with people who believe in teamwork.

Physics enthusiast playing a game based on the Half-life engine. Now that's embarassing. :sorry:

Ill say thats normal. Physicist hadst no life. Playing 'stupid' games is the only thing he can do. :D

I meant to say, at least you could play a game that attempts to mimic the physical world more accurately. :sorry:

There is no machine in the world, that could mimic THAT!!!!!!!!Besides one has to do silly things to ease the mental machine. For law enforcement to play law enforcement games is... at least strange. Go play GTA3 or something.
