April 19, 200521 yr Author At first I couldn't hit anything. As I played though the timing came back and all was normal again. Famas still owns. M82 I couldn't kill very well even with total head shots. Just me I guess. M4 sounds nice and is very accurate. AK 47 nice accuracy. Other than that right now I can't say but I don't think it will attract any new players because it is the same old game. All in all though I feel the game to be "tighter" a better feel. Good goin Goss and guys.

April 19, 200521 yr Just played it..and i dont like it, i thought they couldnt get any worse than 2.9, but they have succeded. 1. Snipers are gonna have a field day! 2. The damn ricochet noise is seriously annoying, this is FA not Star Wars. Numerous bugs, like having a 60 bullet clip Ak47, Famas refusing to fire, people sinking into the ground...im sure ill see some more! And i dunno if its the TAC server, but reg is terrible if your European. Worse than it was for 2.9.
April 19, 200521 yr I think its great. Its a lot more fast paced, I get higher framerates, it seems more balanced. You can still snipe but nolonger noscope. The noscoping is really close to rtcw noscoping(if you know what that mauser is like you know what I mean).

April 19, 200521 yr famas needs nerfing that is 1 thing to say about 3.0. ultra fast reload with nomenclature. uzi = very nice now. anaconda got the speedloader back with nomenclature skill which is very nice. and no shotgun snipers plus machine guns are now pretty useable - praise the gods!

April 20, 200521 yr do i have to have FA2.9 installed? cuz 3.0 isnt working for me No, you don't need 2.9 installed. I had problems installing at first, but when I downloaded the file from a different server, it installed fine.
April 20, 200521 yr I don't mind it that much. I thought reg was actually a little bit better now then it was. It always seems to be with the ssg that I notice it the most. Get the xhair on their head and boom...nothing. Sometimes that goes on for 2-3 more times and still no kill. I don't mind the sounds. Knife sounds cool. Haven't tried bayo yet. If some of you don't like the rhicochet sounds. Well get different sounds then. Something easy to fix.

We tested that feature quite a bit... well at first i noticed people typing in i can't get a parachute!!!then it happened to me i couldn't use them ,tried switching teams,but only leaving and coming back would fix. but it got better cuz yesterday after i jumped from the plane i began floating around like as if the gravity was off(was kinda fun) but after i died i again couldn't use parachutes.

April 21, 200521 yr personally, i dont like it. its too fast and somewhat unrealistic. i STRIVE for realism and i thought FA gave me that from 2.8+. Guess not. back to the topic.i liekd 3.0 a little though. my ssg reg is much better now.and i DO like the ricochet sounds SOMETIMES. :| all in all i was a quite disappointed though. :peace:
