WTH does that mean? Ive checked out their page and nothing on there should apply to me. I'm not running any P2P in the background, i have no Router or firewall enabled and my connection seems to be fine except for the occasional packet loss that i get every now and again. Can some one explain to me what is causing this issue. I cant connect to the TAC server.

Maybe your already banned???

Well since ive never used any scripts or bots in my life, i have a hard time believing that im banned. Also i think it will com up with a message saying "youve been banned" which is not the case

vac doesnt ban for scripts, but yeah i highly doubt that just look to the steam forums for others having the same problem
