here's the big question i have

i'm getting a new rig and i will be getting HL2 will i need to reinstall my old version of HL to be able to play Firearms and what else do i need to download or install (in order i need to do it please) to be able to be up and fragging as quickly as possible? this would include any map packs cheating death etc...

    ask around in the Gameing tips tools and overclocking section of the forums for a better responce also might want to pm Mac he is great at advising people on good deals and great setups

    firearms is a HL1 game so you need to install HL1 to play a HL1 game. so in order to play FA you need HL1 installed ;)
