I dont know how to do them in PS, but i do know how to do them in FLASH.

actually flash would be even better as I have since changed the design I am looking at using for my project and it would look simply awesome with some simple flash animation. I'll post a pic as soon as I prototype the design. I would really appreciate your help with it, it seems like what I have in mind would be really easily done in flash.
