A Few BF2 pics

Featured Replies

I took these last night, however, it doesn't do it justice really. For whatever reason, the screenshot quality is not nearly what the actual video quality is. When you take a screeny, it makes a jpg and a png. The jpg's are really bad, and the png, is a little better, but still not great. Anyway, these are the png's converted to jpg with no compression.

Well, they don't look the same as what I was seeing when I took them. I think the quality is not quite as good? The jpg's that the game creates are compressed too much, the png's are compressed as well, but maintain a little better image quality.

Not that big of deal really, looks great for me in game, but would like to be able to show what I'm seeing. I'll play around this evening with in game vid settings and what not and see if I can get it to improve. What vid card are you running, and what's your in game vid settings like?

I think the problem is that you're pic is too big. Like it's over 100%

Try right-clicking on the pic, go to size, and put it on 100%.

I don't have a too-special computer-

ATI 9600xt

512mb of ram

2.8 ghz

and my settings are mostly on medium. i think some were on high for that pic (I have lighting on low and shadows off)

And I still get 50-70fps :]

Those pics are at 1024x768 which is my game resolution.. I think it may be in my settings somewhere? My system is probably a little better than yours, and runs an Nvidia card instead too? My system specs as follows:

AMD 64 3200

Nvidia FX5900 OC'd just a touch

1 gig of ram

built it myself...

in game settings all on medium or above, and AA on 2x in the card settings.
