I used a cool brush i found called "windbrushes2" on deviantart.com I just messed around with that, put some different colors in, then pressed Ctrl+U for Saturation. Click color and move it around till you get a cool color. Then press Ctrl+M for curves. Move this around for a cool look.

July 7, 200520 yr huge improvement over your last, great job. i may suggest that you put anti aliasing to none for pixel fonts, and use the blur tool around the edge of the render, and maybe try using a feathered lasso tool around his outsides to blend him into the background. one trick to make it look like hes running is to duplicate the layer and motion blur the underside one by about 15-20 and mess with the blending mode and placement of the blured layer
