July 14, 200520 yr How about this DOC. When you have 8 TAC in game only 6 can be in a squad. So 4 in each squad via VOIP and ventrilo for intrasquad communication. That is why we have ventrilo Plus try getting your members on the same ranked server ip over VOIP. Ventrilo has many uses.

Good point about being of 6 people, didnt think about that one.A separate voice chat program is just plain superior to the VoIP in BF2.
July 14, 200520 yr As for Server IPs I find XFire to be much more usefull than having to tell someone an IP address If I'm not mistaken you can talk to squad leaders using the com. channel and organize two squads, not what you should be doing, but your comander. So I don't see a reall need in this or see this as a 'selling point' for 3rd party VoIP software My squads are often only 2-4 ppl and that's plenty folks to organize. Again multiple squads need to be taken care of by the comander that's his job (and not only play with the artilry (sp) ) I'll stick to the BF2 VoIP out of reasons I posted prior [DIAL]Doc
