Can someone plz explain how to install custom models into css?

I cant get it right and i believe I have the path right.

ct model name is ct_urban.vtf ???

t model is terrortemp.vtf????

D:?!

i don't know -exactly-, but what i do know is that you don't overwrite the defaults, you put customs in a different directory altogether.

ok here is what you do...

1). when you install them read the readme. :peace: seriously though, install the FOLDER(the one containing the name of the model, such as, Terror) into c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\YourEmailHere\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\player.

ok also, give me the DL link as i will have an easier time explaining it when i myself am actually doing it.

NOTE: i heard from my friend that you cant overwrite Terrorist models anymore, but that could just be a myth.

You can, most likely, still overwrite them, they just have to be for the new terrorist model. That's my guess.

And normally the downloads have a file structure in the zip/rar file. Just keep that and extract it to c:\program files\valve\steam\steamapps\YourEmailHere\counter-strike source\cstrike\materials\models\
