    Well SteveO that first guy talking created that ctrl alt del step that you can use to reboot your system if it fails or to end a program.Since Mic Windows is so buggy ( used to be even more buggy) it is used a lot.

     

    It is a shot at Bill Gates for making a crappy system. :peace:
