First off, i'm starting this thread because I just cant believe that FA is dead.

We have seen many games come and go and as soon as one comes along, everyone says this is the 1. Now officially, we can say FA is dead, cause CSS is coming, BF is coming, now BF2 is out and everybody wants to kill FA. How about giving these games a chance before we keep saying FA is dead? We keep trying to kill off FA. WHY!!!!! When 3.0 came out, everyone was excited about it and the servers are crowded. Why just because BF2 came along do we have to kill off FA? Has anyone ever heard of: "Dont put all your eggs in one basket"? I for one am not overly excited about BF2, but thats my personal opinion. I also dont like to have to conform to what everyone else is doing just because. (in other words, i feel i'm being forced to play BF2 cuz everyone else is, except for a select few. ) I'm willing to donate to keep FA alive because i still enjoy the game. Last night it was sad, because the TAC server was basically the only one that had any people playing on it. Which i know, to all of you who are saying FA is dead is a good point. But i feel its only dead because right now peoples attention is turned towards BF2. Maybe in a month or 2 it wont be though. Like i said before CSS came out and that was the one. Well, i guess i've rambled on enough. I just wanted to get my 2 cents in about FA vs BF2. Thanks for letting me vent.

FA isnt close to dead, the server is full every single day. So until its just klink and i, its not dead

I like FA! I may not play it much right now because of some things that have just gotten to me so much that I need a break right now. As for BF2, its a great game. Good game for team base play. Its not a perfect game by all means. Some of the things that piss me off in FA do the same in BF2. One for example, damage is very inconsistent in both games. I'll be plucking away from 5ft or so, into the back of some guys head with an M4 on full auto. Then he just turns around and shoots me. Other times he will die fairly easy and others well its like he has a god damn lead barrier or something! Yes this is right when he spawns so i know he has to have full health. Then as far as sniping goes well not even going to say anything about that.

 

I guess to end this whinnage speil. I hope BF2 they will keep comming out with updates to fix the problems above, and other problems I did not mention. Where as FA, I don't believe there will be any updates to that.
