I really enjoyed obj_vengeance when we beta tested 3.0. I thought that was going to be a lot of fun, especially on a 32 player server.

I actually enjoy playing the map on occasion. It is just too open in parts to make it one of my favorites.

rubble is by far the most fun sniper map

favorite listed is tc_iwojima.bsp but really tossed between my all time favorites of ps_desertcrisis.bsp and ps_street.bsp

basrah- mp5k and suppressor,

 

golan- sr or famas,

 

rubble -svd,

 

gwar (I know, I know) any sniper rifle or m16,

 

upham- g3a3 or sniper rifle,

 

iwojima- in normal conditions- I like it without arty;

 

in fun mode- any weapon- sometimes I played with knife (but server cannot be crowded) or with mp5k; on some servers the players were forced to use nothing but knife... or pistol... or pistol + explosives, etc.

 

river, caen, sweden, splinter, durandal, crash, boccage, marie and coldwar would also get my vote.
