Well, I just got banned about 20 min ago. Here is the reason:

My name was <----Nazi|***--->. Now i realize this is a really bad name. I guess you could say it is really offensive. Now of course I didnt actually mean this. I was also banned without any sort of warning. Now I hope that I dont have to stop playing fa for this small mishap. Reply and hopefully we can talk it out.

most likely its only a temp ban but untill the banning admin post nothing can be done.

well that wasnt smart... no offence but joining a server well known for ban on spots for offencive things with anything containing the word nazi is just stupid.

So, I can just quote something from a show with alot of swear words in it, then say I was just quoting something. I don't see how that's fair.

Each admin has their own little interpretation of what a bannable/kickable offense. If you present your case in a civil manner (like you did here) someone will review the logs and make a decision as to what will happen.

First off, it has NOTHING to do with Nazi in your name. SoupNazi is a character on Seinfeld and is not derogatory to anyone. These are not swears Ripper (in case you can read this and haven't been banned from forums) so don't go saying a bunch of swears from Pulp Fiction or something and thinking you are smart and have a good defence because you don't.

 

I banned you ( menschmaschine ) and it is permanent not only because of the word J E W but because of the incident that you asked me about when I saw you in server tonight. You mentioned that someone threatened to ban you for your name. It wasn't because of your name it was because of what you were saying in the server. You also said tonight "well how bout this name"? and then you put your latest creation on and that was that. See below:
