you just banned him on his birthday, thats not very nice man.

I looked on hlsw for your ID and you have a time ban for 2880mins. So when that's up you'll be unbanned. I don't know who banned you but at least you know for how long your ban is.

 

And r5a threads get locked when things are getting out of control and/or when an issue of a thread, example a banned thread gets locked once the banning admin response and the person who is banned response back and depending on how they respond if it's not bad then the thread wouldn't get locked but if it's bad well then it's best to lock it. By locking them it prevents any from starting or continuing on.
