September 13, 200520 yr The clans playing now in FAL or "For the most part that made it to the playoffs" as far as I am concerned. Ruined it by: Their lovely "Leet" attitudes. Their "leet" ways of gamemanship combined with the above. Not helping new players instead and just pounding them into the ground. Snotty and no respect. Sort of first two above but needed mentioning again. Having some of the worst forums around. When you are trying to keep a game alive. The people that could have done it right just played "It" as dumb as they could have. We did not need a better FA. We needed better FA people to keep it alive. You get a game released on Steam and are getting new players by the dozens. Dozens that actually count. What did they do? Flame in the forums. Flame on the servers. Play under aliases and then command no respect from anyone. I could go on and on but I am sure others have more to say.

AMEN brother,exactly.i had serveral friends of mine try out f-a during the few years i've been playing and all most all of them said they loved the game hated the people.instead of saying ' GET SOME SKILL ****,OR LEARN HOW TO AIM" they couldv'e been giving advise to better help the newers players adjust and learn how to play the game and compete.not to take from the ones that did do that.cuz some did help.just not enough.and the really great players the ones who have k:d ratio's of like 10 kills to 1 death,who only use the famas to mow everyone down.they couldv'e been less cruel to the one's they knew were new to the game but ,they weren't. but enough,cuz i know that this thread was only for klinky poo to learn who won the last fal. sry klink to rant in your thread buddy :o btw prolly S^D won,just a guess :o
September 13, 200520 yr Author I'm gonna rant some too. I have all those feelings too and I haven't played FA maybe 30 minutes in the last week since I got more hooked on BF2. Feels good to leave all the strange egos and whiners behind. I thought I would miss FA if it ever left but I don't miss it. When I first began FA it wasn't so bad and I just got mowed down because I didn't know what I was doing. But, later on I guess I could have become much better but with, like you say, no help or hints and an uneven, most of the time, playing field it gets discouraging. I still want to know who won FAL though. LOL.
