I didn't realize HL2 had such low minimum system req. So I should be able to play on low settings. My Question is if I download the silver package now, will I be able to download it again when I get my new comp? Do I only need my steam account info? Do they send you a CD?

You should be able to d/l it to your new comp. I've had to reformat a few times in the past and all you need is to d/l steam again on your other comp and enter your account info then just right click the game you want to d/l. Might take a while to get all the games though so be patient.

yes you can, anything you buy and hook to your steam account is excessable from any computer when you login.
