Well today I got that little tingly feeling that was telling me to make a new sig in photoshop. So I go and download some new brushes...but when I go to put them in the folder it says "Access is denied, make sure the disc is not right protected, ect ect ect"

 

This has never happened to me before, and I know how to install brushes, so it's kinda weird

 

it also doesnt let me delete brushes from the folder, something is going on

Not that it should really matter, but was Photoshop open? Did you try rebooting?

 

I've worked a lot with PS and have never seen this problem.

i have rebooted, and photoshop wasnt open. I think it might've happened after i shared my folder on the network, but i doubt that

Maybe photoshop is telling you to try a new technique.

Boja, I always just use the "replace brushes" thing in photoshop, and just load them from whatever folder I save them in (I.E, digital art > Brushes. )
